  • ARC Wizard
  • 56.8 – Arc Wizard set to Yes
  • 56.8.4 - Path
    >>>IP Address set to 127.0.0.1
    >>>Port Number set to 50561
    >>>IP Check Port No set to 10002
    >>>Format SIA press [1] for SIA
    >>>Add Backup, press [esc] for No
    >>>Account Number set to panel number
  • >>>Trigger press [ent] for Yes
    >>>Setting = 09 set enable
    >>>Menu Access = 13 set enable
    >>>Zone Restoral = 17 set disable [ADT ONLY]
  • >>>User SMS Wizard, press [esc] for No
    >>>Complete, press [ent] to continue
  • 56.3.3.1.1 – Ensure that DHCP = Enabled
  • 56.3.3.8.2 – Set Bus select to: Galaxy
  • PANEL WILL REBOOT
  • 56.1.1.1.4.3 Autotest = 0000 [Change intervals]
  • Remote Service Menu
  • 56.4.1.4 – Set Remote access period to: Anytime
  • 56.4.2. – Set Direct access
  • 56.4.2.1 - PSTN = 0 (Disabled)
  • 56.4.2.2 - GSM = 0 (Disabled)
  • 56.4.2.3 - GPRS = 0 (Disabled)
  • 56.4.2.4 - Ethernet = 1 (Enabled)
  • 56.4.2.5 - USB = 0 (Disabled)
  • Now exit into day mode.

Troubleshooting

  • Panel Profile: HONEYWELL_FLEX
  • Note: After configuring the Flex panel we suggest the panel is powered down for 10-15 seconds before powering back up. In some cases the configuration is not accepted until the panel is rebooted.
  • Minimum panel Firmware 3.37.
  • For UDL ensure latest RSS software is installed.
  • If showing line fault
    >>>56.3.1.1 - Set PSTN Fail to disabled
    >>>56.3.2.1.1 - Set GSM Line Fail to disabled
    >>>56.3.2.2.3 - Set GPRS Line Fail to disabled

Panel Limitation

  • Rebooting SPT will cause an Unconfirmed Tamper Alarm to be delivered to the ARC
  • No Routine Remote Inspection (RRI) avalible.
  • No Reverse SIA commands avalible.
