Panel Programming

• No major panel settings are required for the webway to integrate to the Panel and then communicate SIA alarms.
• Please check the "Remote User Code"...
• Select Engineer Mode
• Select Comms Menu
• Select Remote User Menu
• Then select remote user code
• RO1 Remote user will be displayed, set and verify this as 1234 or as required.
• Notify WebWayOne of the new code, or set this using mark 5 - menu H mark 6 - menu k on the webway communicator.

Troubleshooting

• Reporting of SPT path states to the panel is not supported via the serial interface.
• HKC - Error Message on UDL, Call Tech Support 01635 231514 so we change a background setting....
• Should your installation require an indication of 'Path States' or Line Fault, you will need to wire up and use Output 1 and Output 2 to identify the alarm panel of a Alarm Transmission Path (ATP) failure.
• Output 1 – Primary Path
• Output 2 – Secondary Path
• ** UPDATE ** Panel Firmware V3.3.3 - All tested and working fine on SIA & UDL via the Webway SPT's
