Maintenance work: Planned Maintenance - 30th June
Date: Tuesday 30-06-2020 (10:00 BST) - Friday 03-07-2020 (17:00 BST)
Anticipated customer impact: CSL Infrastructure engineers will be performing planned maintenance in one of our hosted sites (Milton Keynes). CSL infrastructure engineers will be carrying out work between 10:00 and 16:00 each day for the duration of the period stated above.
Identified risks: During these outage times, you may see failures and restores from the affected products (DualCom Pro, WWO SPT, VPN Services) and drops in connectivity. All failures should be restored by 16:00 of each day.
