Customer impact description:
We are seeing an issue with the UK1 Service in WebWayOne and CSL Engineers are currently working on it.
13:00 16/01/2020: Issue is now resolved. CSL Engineers monitored stability of the system and found no further issue.Any issues contact support as normal.
11:00 16/01/2020, We have restored over 95% of sites on WWO UK1 Hosted. We are continuing to work to restore the remaining sites.
09:00 16/01/2020, We have restored over 80% of sites on WWO UK1 Hosted. Flood controls have now been turned off. We are continuing to work to restore the remaining sites.03:30 16/01/2020, We noticed an issue with the WWO Hosted MCTs UK1 Service and CSL Engineers are currently working with the vendors.
