Status Update

Notification of Planned Maintenance

What: Upgrading UK2 MCT to 4.3.11

When: Wednesday 21st August (10:00 - 15:00). Each MCT will be down for a short time during the upgrade.

Anticipated Customer Impact: Each MCT will be down for a short time (maximum of 30 minutes) during the upgrade. The other MCT will be checked beforehand to ensure it is able to take the load. Alarm delivery will not be affected.

Identified Risks: Contingency plans are in place in case of problems during the works.
